Our company came onboard with MicroTech Boise in early March, 2021 - after I fired our then-current MSP at 4:00AM one Tuesday morning over the botched deployment of a new HyperV server with two VMs, costing one full day of work for a company with 300 employees. We were starting our second day with no email. I had already contacted Randy, Stuart and Bill about onboarding with them some months prior. The MicroTech crew was here in our office later that morning at 8:00A and stepped right in!
